Speedex offers physical properties that approximate those of addition cured silicones – polyvinylsiloxanes, a reliable dental impression material.
Speedex provides elastic recoverability and reproduction otherwise only achieved by A-Silicones. Its low shrinkage keeps impressions dimensionally stable and castable for up to 7 days. Furthermore, this premium C-Silicone shows outstanding wettability and excellent flow characteristics.
The Speedex system allows working with only one activator for 3 consistencies.
Speedex light body offers outstanding wettability and excellent flow characteristics. Saliva and blood are displaced by Speedex light without negative side effects. With variable setting times, mucosal movements essential for full and partial denture techniques can be captured precisely. A precision impression is key for a well-fitting denture. Speedex Light Body matches physical properties of addition cured silicones – polyvinylsiloxanes. Haemostatic or anaesthetic substances do not affect setting. Handling with latex gloves is unproblematic.
