Direction To Use: 

• Measure the Powder and Liquid: Measure the appropriate amounts of DPI Rr Cold Cure Powder and liquid monomer, using a recommended powder-to-liquid ratio of approximately 3:1.
• Mix the Powder and Liquid: In a clean, dry container, combine the measured powder and liquid. Mix thoroughly until a smooth, homogeneous paste is achieved.
• Adjust the Consistency: If the mixture is too thick, add a small amount of liquid monomer to reach the desired consistency. If it’s too thin, incorporate more powder until suitable.
• Working Time: Note that the mixed acrylic material has a working time of about 4 minutes, during which you can mold and shape it as needed.
• Apply the Acrylic: Use the mixed acrylic paste to fill the desired area, such as for denture repairs or for creating temporary crowns and bridges.
• Curing: Allow the acrylic to self-cure at room temperature. The curing process typically takes 10-15 minutes.
• Finishing and Polishing: Once fully cured, trim, shape, and polish the acrylic to achieve the desired fit and appearance.
