  • Ensure the video shows the sealed package and the damage clearly

⚠️ Without a proper unboxing video, return or refund requests will not be accepted.


2. Return Request Process

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share:
    • Order ID
    • Unboxing video proof
    • Photos (if applicable)

Once verified, our team will approve the return.


3. Refund & Replacement

After approval, we offer:

  • Replacement of the product (preferred), or
  • Full refund (if replacement is not available)

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.


4. Non-Returnable Items
