- Ensure the video shows the sealed package and the damage clearly
⚠️ Without a proper unboxing video, return or refund requests will not be accepted.

- Unboxing video proof
- Photos (if applicable)
Once verified, our team will approve the return.
3. Refund & Replacement
After approval, we offer:
