Direction To Use: 

• Prepare the tooth: Begin by administering local anesthesia to ensure patient comfort. Then, isolate the tooth with a rubber dam to prevent contamination from saliva or other oral fluids.
• Gain access to the root canal: Create an access cavity in the tooth using a high-speed dental handpiece and appropriate burs. This step allows you to reach the pulp chamber and gain access to the root canal system.
• Establish working length: Determine the working length of the root canal using an apex locator or radiographs. This measurement helps ensure proper instrumentation and irrigation.
• Initial exploration: Begin with a small-sized K File, such as size 06 or 08, to explore the canal and remove any initial obstructions or debris. Use a gentle clockwise rotation combined with half-turn twists as recommended.
• Increase file size: Progressively increase the file size based on the anatomy of the canal, moving from smaller to larger K Files. Each file should be used until it reaches the working length without applying excessive force.
• Irrigation: Regularly irrigate the canal with an appropriate irrigant solution, such as sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl), to flush out debris and disinfect the canal. This step enhances the effectiveness of the cleaning and shaping process.
• Recapitulation: After using a larger file, recapitulate with a smaller-sized file to ensure debris removal and maintain the working length.
• Use appropriate motion: As mentioned earlier, use a clockwise rotation combined with half-turn twists. This motion facilitates smooth navigation and reduces the risk of instrument separation or tooth damage.
