D-Tech Compo-Flo Flowable Composite is a light-curing, radiopaque nano-hybrid flowable composite engineered for precise, minimally invasive restorative procedures. With optimized thixotropy it delivers controlled flow without slumping, allowing accurate placement in Class III-V restorations, cavity liners, undercut block-out and minimally invasive preparations. The formulation combines methacrylate monomers, inorganic fillers and photoinitiators to provide high strength, excellent wear resistance, low polymerization shrinkage and superior polishability. Compo-Flo cures reliably with standard dental lights (20 seconds per ?2 mm increment), offers dependable depth of cure, and is supplied in 2 g screw syringes with applicator tips. Available in a wide shade range (including A1, A2, A3) for predictable aesthetic matching in both anterior and posterior indications.

Direction To Use:
Preparation
- Verify product shade and expiry before use; store in cool, dark place.
- Isolate the field with rubber dam or cotton rolls to maintain dryness.
- Remove caries and unsupported enamel; rinse and gently blot dry (do not desiccate dentin).
- Protect deep cavities with an appropriate liner or base if indicated.
- Etch enamel margins with appropriate etchant (20-35 s), rinse and dry with oil-free air.
- Apply compatible bonding agent per manufacturer instructions and light cure as directed.
Application
- Attach angled Luer-lock tip to the 2 g syringe; prime by gently pressing the plunger.
- Place Compo-Flo in increments not exceeding 2 mm to ensure complete cure.
- Seat and adapt material using appropriate composite instruments; material is non-sticky and easy to sculpt.
- Cure each increment with a calibrated curing light for 20 seconds, keeping the light tip as close as possible to the surface.
- For thin liners or base use, ensure material coverage is continuous and avoid voids.
Post-Use Care
- Remove excess flash and adjust occlusion after final cure using fine diamonds and finishing instruments.
- Polish with progressively finer discs and polishing pastes to achieve high gloss and smooth margins.
- Instruct patient on routine oral care and advise on avoiding hard foods for a short time if needed.
- Dispose of used syringe tips; re-cap syringe and store per storage instructions.
Sterilization Info
- Product syringes and tips are single-patient / single-use items, dispose after use or follow clinic infection control policy.
- Do not autoclave syringes or composite material containers; keep material away from heat and direct light.
- Clean and disinfect operatory surfaces and reusable instruments per clinic protocols.
Precautions & Contraindications
- Do not use in patients with known methacrylate allergy.
- Avoid direct placement on open pulp.
- Avoid soft tissue contact with uncured material; if contact occurs wash with soap and water.
- Use protective gloves and minimize exposure to uncured material to reduce allergic risk.
- Keep away from eugenol-containing materials and oily contaminants that may inhibit cure.
